Mr. Montes is a Certified Public Accountant with nearly 20 years experience in the accounting and finance field. Mr. Montes is responsible for all quarterly and annual financial reporting and compliance with SEC and other reporting standards. He also works in conjunction with the Chief Financial Officer on IMH’s corporate and related finance initiatives. He is also responsible for monitoring financial and regulatory policies and procedures for IMH. Mr. Montes’ prior experience includes over 13 years with international public accounting firms, where he specialized in real estate, gaming and public sector clients. Additionally, Mr. Montes has served as the Director of Financial Operations for a national not-for-profit organization, as a senior financial analyst for a national real estate development firm, and as a consultant with controllership duties for various companies. Mr. Montes graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting from California State University of Los Angeles.
