McVey Law Firm, PLLC, acting through John McVey is the General Counsel for the Company. Mr. McVey provides general corporate advice and counsel, management of attorneys retained by the Company, and loan documentation and legal services related to the Company's real estate transactions. Mr. McVey has over 40 years of private law practice experience with major firms in the areas of real estate finance, real estate transactions, leasing, and commercial finance, including issues related to loan enforcement, title insurance and tax exempt financing. Mr. McVey received degrees from Arizona State University (B.S., Business Administration 1968) and Arizona State University College of Law (J.D., 1971) where he was an Associate Editor of the Arizona State University Law Journal. He was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 1971, and is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, Maricopa County Bar Association, and American Bar Association.
