Ms. Garcia oversees the tracking and servicing for all investors of IMH and assists with all monthly processes pertaining to investors, custodians and Broker-Dealer representatives in relation to IMH accounts. Prior to joining IMH, Denise held a similar position for 8 years at another private lending firm in Phoenix. She also held various analyst, supervisory and management positions during her 15 years at U-Haul International. Ms. Garcia has previously held the Series 22 (Direct Participation Programs) NASD license.
